The wellness facilities were decent and the breakfast was quite nice. the location was convenient for sightseeing and outdoor activities. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful.
The rooms were plain and outdated. the dinner was nothing special and overpriced.

Absolutely value for money and in a good distance from the ski area's around Winterberg.
We booked a family room and the bill on Booked.net showed a price. Only afterwards we were told that an additional fee for the kids should be added (was not on Booked.net). Was a fair additional fee, but better mention it up front. Total price was still ok however. But you should avoid suprises.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! From the clean and cozy rooms with comfortable furniture to the friendly and helpful staff, everything was perfect. The location on top of the hill provided us with a stunning view of the surroundings, and we loved having breakfast on the dining area balcony. The hotel facilities were great, and the free parking made it very convenient for us to explore the city without worrying about our car.

Nestled on top of a hill in a serene location with a fantastic view, this hotel is a real gem. the rooms are splendid, equipped with a clean and modern bathroom. the service is exceptional with a friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfast, and fantastic facilities including a steam bath and Finnish sauna. This hotel is perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway close to the ski area.
The wait for dinner could be quite long, and the staff might sometimes forget to clean the room, with limited parking space being one of the few concerns.

Great location close to nearby attractions and easy to find. Good breakfast selection and comfortable rooms with clean facilities. The staff offered helpful recommendations on places to go in the area that made our city break even better.
Service at dinner was slow, and the waiters could have been more proactive in keeping guests informed about the delay. However, the quality of the food made it worth the wait.
